The value of the circumference of Circle A is three times the value of the area of Circle B. What is the radius of Circle B if the diameter of Circle A is 27 cm?

    We can infer that:

    a=3b

    27=3b

    9=b

    So the diameter of circle B is 9. Now divide by 2 to find radius, which is 4.5
