    F (x) = x^2 - 3

    g (x) = 13 - x

    (f/g) (x) = (x^2 - 3) / (13 - x)

    (f/g) (x) = ((-7) ^2 - 3) / (13 - (-7)) = (49 - 3) / (13 + 7) = 46/20 = 2.3
