The mean is the average of the numbers. It is easy to calculate: add up all the numbers, then divide by how many numbers there are. So ... 1 + 2 + 3 = 6 6/3 = 2 I hope you understood

To find the mean, add all the values together and divide by the number of values in the set.
1+2+3=6
6/3 = 2
the mean is 2.
