When trying to find out if a triangle is a right, acute or obtuse and your using the Pythagorean theorem, do you square a b and c?

    Yes, the Pythagorean theorem is used to find any of the sides in a right triangle. The formula for which is: a^2 + b^2 = c^2. So all sides are squared.
