I am assuming you meant "volume" instead of "area"

Volume of a Cone = (1/3) (height) (pi) (radius) ^2

so you can get the equation

258 = (1/3) (pi) (4) ^2 * (height)

(height) = (258*3) / (16pi) = 15.4
