The area of a rectangle is given by a=6x2y+4y2x and the width of the rectangle is w=2xy. what is the length, l, of the rectangle if l=aw?

    Hello:

    a = w l

    l = a/w

    l = (6x²y+4y²x) / (2xy)

    l = 2xy (3x+2y) / (2xy)

    l = 3x+2y
