56 inches to 62 inches

take the absolute value of the difference, then divide by the original value. Then multiply by 100 to get the percent.

|56 - 62| / 56 = 6/56 = 0.107 ... to the nearest tenth is 0.1 ... 0.1 x 100 = 10%
