    3x (squared) + 3y (squared) - 54 = 0

    Divide everything by 3

    x (squared) + y (squared) - 18 = 0

    Add 18 to both sides

    x (squared) + y (squared) = 18

    Center (0,0) and radius = sqrt (18) = = = 3 (sqrt 2)
