    3/16 = 12/64

    a = 10/64

    b=20/64

    c=13/64

    d=28/64

    well, a is smaller, b is larger, c is larger, and d is larger, so we have B C D to work with. you can tell C is the smallest of the group B C D

    C is the smallest that is still larger than 3/16
