We need to convert both speeds into meters per minute.

    27 km/h * (1000 m) / (1 h) * (1 h) / (60 min) = 450 m/min

    14 dm/s * (1 m) / (10 dm) * (60 s) / (1 min) = 84 m/min

    The difference in speeds is 450 m/min - 84 m/min = 366 m/min
