I don't understand the question and how to solve it.

13) Write an equation in slope intercept form (y=Mx+b) of a line with slope - 2/3 and y-intercept the same as the line whose equation is y=4x-7

    Y = mx + b

    'm' is your slope, and is always connected to the 'x' (or there will be no slope), so, so far your equation would be: y = - 2/3x + b

    'b' is your y-intercept, so your other equation, y = 4x - 7 is in the same form as y = mx + b, so your 'b' for that equation, is - 7, so therefore that is your y-intercept for the equation you're putting together.

    Your final answer is:

    y = - 2/3x - 7
