Miguel is a 20 year old client at a gym. His desired training intensity is 50% of his maximum heart rate. He has a resting heart rate of 35 bpm. Calculate Miguel's heart rate.

    100 is 2 times larger than 50.

    Therefore you do 35 multiplied by 2

    =70
