    P = 2 (L + W)

    P = 90

    L = 4W + 15

    90 = 2 (4W + 15 + W)

    90 = 2 (5W + 15)

    90 = 10W + 30

    90 - 30 = 10W

    60 = 10W

    60/10 = W

    6 = W < = = = the width is 6 cm

    L = 4W + 15

    L = 4 (6) + 15

    L = 24 + 15

    L = 39 < = = = the length is 39 cm
