    First, simplify 6 (4x - 3) - 10x;

    24x - 18 - 10x

    14x - 18

    So to find other sides of equation where there is no solution, you want equation to be 14x + b, where b is NOT - 18. Because then you will basically have parallel lines, hence no solution.

    So your answer is A and B.
