    slope of - 1/2 and a y-intercept of 4, so m = - 1/2 and b = 4

    using y = mx + b

    y = - 1/2x + 4

    answer is B. y = - 1/2x + 4

    In y = mx + b form, the slope is in the m position and the y int is in the b position

    y = mx + b

    slope (m) = - 1/2

    y int (b) = 4

    now just sub

    y = - 1/2x + 4 <===
