    z (t) = 2t²+7t-4,

    Then

    z (-3) = 2 (-3) * * 2 + 7 (-3) - 4

    z (-3) = 2*9 - 21 - 4 = 18 - 25 = - 7

    z (4) = 2 (4) * * 2 + 7 (4) - 4

    z (4) = 2 (16) + 28 - 4 = 32 + 24 = 56
