Michelle rents a movie for a flat fee of $1.50 plus an additional $1.25 for each night she keeps the movie. Choose the cost function that represents this scenario if x equals the number of nights Michelle has the movie.

    Okay, so let's say that "y" is the total amount she pays for these movies, and "x" is the number of nights she has the movie. This would be the function which represents this scenario:

    y = 1.50+1.25x

    1.5 stands for the money you paid upfront, and 1.25 for each night she kept the movie, with x standing for that each night
