    A) L = W + 3

    B) 2L + 2W = 46

    Putting equation A into B

    2 * (W+3) + 2W = 46

    2W + 6 + 2W = 46

    4W = 40

    Width = 10

    Length = 13

    Area = Length * Width

    Area = 13 * 10

    Area = 130 square centimeters
