    Let Terry's age be x

    Terry = x

    Rubin is 5 years older than one third Terry’s age

    Rubin = 5 + 1/3x

    Sheldon is three years younger than 2 times Rubin’s age.

    Sheldon = 2 (5 + 1/3x) - 3

    If Terry is 6,

    Rubin = 5 + 1/3 (6) = 5 + 2 = 7

    Sheldon = 2 (5 + 1/3 (6)) - 3 = 11

    Ans: Rubin is 7 and Sheldon is 11
