What the disrubitive of property

The distributiver property allows you to get rid of parenthasees when mulitplying for example

if you had

4 times (x+2) you can't simplify the parenthaseese becuase x and 2 aren't like terms so usses distributive whiich is

a (b+c) = ab+ac

so therefor

4 (x+2) = 4x + (4) 2=4x+8
