    {2x - y = 11 ⇒ y = 2x-11

    {x + 3y = - 5

    x + 3 (2x-11) = - 5

    x + 6x - 33 = - 5

    7x = - 5 + 33

    7x = 28

    x = 28/7

    x = 4
