So for this we're going to use this rule: a/b x c/d = ac/bd
simplify 1 x 1 to 1
simplify 4 x 4 to 16
4 x 1/16 to 4/16
simplify 4/16 to 1/4
simplify to 6/4
Lastly simplify
Answer: 3/2
*In decimal form it would be 1.5
