    The answer is A - x^2 + 3x + 15

    3x² + 6 - 2x + 5x - 4x² + 9

    Rearrange it:

    3x² + 6 - 2x + 5x - 4x² + 9

    = 3x² - 4x² - 2x + 5x + 6 + 9

    = - x² + 3x + 15
