A rectangular bathtub is 5 1/2 feet long, 1 1/2feet wide, and 3 feet high. Daniel fills the tub to a depth of 2feet. What is the volume of the water in the tub?

    To find the volume of the water that is in the tub, you will multiply the length by the wet by the height/depth of the water.

    V = lwh

    5 1/2 x 1 1/2 x 2

    V = 16 1/2 ft.³
