12.99-12.99x0.1=11.691

So, change 11.691 to 11.69

At store 2, 1 shirt for $11.69.

11.69x2=23.38

So, store 1 is cheaper.

2. 55%=0.55

20.98-20.98x0.55=9.441

Change 9.441 to 9.44.

18.88<22<23.38
