    First factor the gcf out

    4 (3x^2-x-10)

From here use slip and slide for the inner trinomial

    x^2-x-30

    (x-6) (x+5)

    (x-6/3) (x+5/3)

    (x-2) (3x+5)

    Final answer: 4 (3x+5) (x-2)
