There are 1,000 workers in a a factory. Each worker works 30 hours a week and is paid $10.50 an hour, How much does the company pay the workers altogether each week?

    You have to multiply the amount of people working * the amount of hours worked * the amount of money paid each hour which would be 1000 * 30 * 10.50 = 315,000 dollars.
