None of the answer above is right,

Jackie made an error where 8-12=-4 instead he wrote 4

so the actual answer is 0 as,

    2^3 (3-1) + 4 (8-12)

    2^3 (2) + 4 (-4)

    8 (2) - 16

    16-16
