The state of Oregon is approximately 98,500 square miles. Oregon also has a population of approximately 116,500 people who are native Spanish speakers. Find the density of native Spanish speakers per square mile in Oregon. Express your answer to the nearest tenth of a person per square mile.

    so if you are finding the number of Spanish people per square mile I believe all you have to do is simple division.

    116500/98500=1.18
