    Perimeter = 2L + 2W where L = length and W = width.

    So we have

    2*14.14 + 2W = 59.59

    2W = 59.59 - 2*14.14

    2W = 59.59 - 28.28 = 31.31

    W = 31.31 / 2 = 15.66 to 2 decimal places
