First, you have to think about what number you can multiply with 6 to get 43. you can multiply 6 with 7 to get 42, so you subtract 43 by 42, and you get a remainder of 1, if your trying to solve it as a mixed number, which would be 7 1/6. the answer as a decimal though would be 7.16666666667.
