    4x + 3y = 6 ⇒ - 24x - 18y = - 36

    -6x - 2y = - 24 ⇒ - 24x - 8y = - 96

    -10y = 60

    -10 - 10

    y = - 6

    4x + 3 (-6) = 6

    4x - 18 = 6

    + 18 + 18

    4x = 24

    4 4

    x = 6

    The orderd pair (6, - 6) is a solution of the system of equations.

    Change x with 6 and y with - 6

    4x+3y=6

    4*6+3 * (-3) = 24-18=6

    -6x-2y=-24

    -6*6-2 * (-6) = - 36+12=-24

    answer is yes
