Put all the numbers in order, then it comes down to 11 and 9 divide by two and add. The answer is 10.

Arrange the numbers from smallest to largest
1, 2, 7, 9, 11, 15, 19, 20
The middle numbers are 11 and 15, so the median would be the average of 11 and 15
median = 13
