A rectangular parking lot is enclosed by 400 feet of fencing. The longer sides are three times as long as the shorter sides. What is the area of the lot?

    Well 50 times 3 is 150 and 150+150=300, 300+50+50=400 and to find the area you have to do lengthy times width. 50 times 150 = 7500 and also you have to put to the second power over feet so Ima put a * but you put a 2. "7500ft*" is your answer
