    The answer is B, because you must put the equation into the y=mx+b order so you subtract - 3x on both sides to be left with - y=-3x+1 and you then divide the entire equation (both sides) by - 1 because y cannot be negative which leaves you with y=3x-1 so the slope id 3 and the y intercept is - 1
