    Since g (x) is - x-3, replace g (x) with - x-3, f (g (x)) = f (-x+3)

    Since the x in f (x) is replaced with - x-3, f (-x-3) = 9 (-x+3) - 2 which is - 9x+27-2 which = - 9x+25, so ... your answer in C
