To find the unit rate we first need to divide 20 by 10 which equals 2. So 2 is now our unit rate. Then we need to see how many cities the president can visit in 35 days. To find this we need to multiply 2 by 35 which equals 70. 70 is our answer.

    Answer: D. 70 cities
