It's 9 because (3*2) = 6 then you have to do 6-2=4 then you already know 5+4=9

Following order of operations you would first multiply, so 6 would replace 3*2, and then you would add the 5 to the 6 so 11 and then subtract the 2 to get the answer of 9.
