    2x + 3 + 3x + 2 = 180

    5x + 5 = 180

    subtract 5 from both sides

    5x = 175

    divide both sides by 5

    x = 35

    2 (35) + 3 3 (35) + 2

    70 + 3 = 73 degrees 105 + 2 = 107 degrees
