Find the slope of the curve r=cos (2theta) at theta=pi/6.

    The slope is defined as the first derivative of the equation so,

    d (r) / d (theta) = - 2 sin (2theta)

    and by substitue by theta = pi/2

    we get slope = - 2 sin (2 * (pi/6))

    slope = - √3
