    1 feet = 12 inches

    16 feet = 16 x 12

    16 feet = 192 inches

    I section = 2 2/3 inches

    192 : 2 2/3

    = 192 : 8/3

    = 192 x 3/8

    = 578/8

    = 72

It can be cut into 72 sections.
