    Kasha because 5/6 times 3 is 15/18 and 8/9 times 2 is 16/18 so kasha has more percent

    First you have to make sure the two fractions have the same denominator (bottom).

    6x9=54, 9x6=54

    Right now it's 5/54 and 8/54, but you're not done yet!

    What you do for the bottom, you have to do to the top.

    So you have to work with the numerator (top).

    5x9=45, 8x6 = 48.

    So, 45/54 and 48/54.

    But still not done! You have to reduce it. Since it's out of 18 times, you reduce the fraction's denominator to 18 instead of the lowest to make it more simple.

    54 divide by 3 = 18.

    45 divide by 3 = 15. 48 divide by 3 = 16

    Jen 15/18, Kasha 16/18

    At last, Kasha got more hits. Kasha finished off with 1 more then Jen.
