Percy buys tomatoes that cost $0.58 per pound. He pays $2.03 for the tomatoes. Percy estimates he bought 4 pounds of tomatoes. Is percy's estimate reasonable explain?

    He bought less than 4 pounds, he bought 3.5 lbs. 3 times 0.58 = 1.74 and 4 times 0.58 = 2.32. You choose if hes right or not!

    Yes, because if you divide $2.03 by $.58 you will get 3.5. Once rounded 3.5 turns to 4
