So since 67/4 = (3/2) f, we will need to find f so since 67/4=16.75 and 3/2=1.5, we will have to find out what number multiplied to 1.5 will equal to 16.75, so 11.16666 ... might be f.
Rounded will be 11.2 or 11.16
