    It would be - 3. Your equation would be. - 5y=-2x+15. Then you divide everything buy - 5 and come out with y=-2/-5-3.

    Set as equation of x

    2x-5y=15

    2x=15+5y

    x = (15+5y) / 2

    set to 0

    solve for y

    0 = (15+5y) / 2

    0=15+5y

    -15=5y

    -3 = y
