    The ratio of blue blocks to orange blocks to yellow oranges is 6 : 12 : 2 = 3 : 6 : 1

    Thus, three digits is assigned to blue blocks, 6 digits to orange block and 1 digit to yellow blocks.

    The assignment of digits for the events in the sample space that is correct is " Let 0 - 2 inclusive represent blue blocks, let 3 - 8 inclusive represent orange blocks, and 9 represent yellow blocks."
