    Perimeter = 2 (length) + 2 (width) < - - this is the general formula

    ... in terms of writing it as an inequality where it is at most 104 units

    104 ≥ 2L + 2 (5) * * I just have length be L**

    104 ≥ 2L + 10

    If you solve for the length

    104 - 10 ≥ 2L + 10 - 10

    94 ≥ 2L

    94 / 2 ≥ 2L / 2

    47 ≥ L
