How do you find the substitution for y=3x-34 and y=2x-5?

    Y = 3x-34 - >eqn 1

    y=2x-5 - > eqn 2

    sub eqn 1 in eqn 2

    3x-34 = 2x-5

    3x-2x=-5+34

    x=29

    y=2 (29) - 5

    y = 53

    therefore solution (29,53)
