How many time more respondents chose either black or silver than red round to the nearest tenth if necessary

Silver = 0.2

Black = 0.14

Red = 0.09

    Silver = 0.2

    Black = 0.1 - - - > round down because the 0.04 value is 4, which was lower than 5

    Red = 0.1 - - >round up because the 0.09 value is 9, which was higher than 5

    The word 'either black or silver" mean that combination of the frequency. Then the equation should be: black + silver = 0.1 + 0.2 = 0.3

    If you compare it with red, then: 0.3 / red = 0.3 / 0.1 = 3 times more
