Assuming the comma is meant to be a dot:
$1133.7408
Nearest cent as needed means the nearest necassary cent, e. g You would not pay $10.441, it would just be rounded to $10.441.
What i'm trying to say is that anything after the second decimal is a fraction of a cent and pretty much worthless.
$1133.7408 to the nearest cent as needed
= $1133.74
